From April 23 to July 2, 2023 every Sunday live at 6:15 p.m. CET

We want to pay special attention to the mood in which we go through the path. That the passage could be a turning towards the helpful forces surrounding us, which are so necessary for us and the world. And that it could be a turning to the future forces slumbering in us, which allow us to increasingly abandon our pettiness and to feel connected to that which is great, which also lives in us.

The videos for the eurythmic discovery of the complexity of the steps of the Eightfold Path are already available. In addition there are short videos which demonstrate the corresponding consonants. We may learn to perceive these as forces surrounding us and playing in nature. If you could watch watch these videos on the day of the meeting, we may meet in the mood of these elements, move them mindfully and empathetically without many explanations. Then we can take them into the week with us as companions.

After the passage there will be a short meeting in small groups, where we will share what we have experienced, go deeper into the exercise text, and motivate ourselves for practicing in the coming week.

The meting takes about 1 hour. There will be a replay of the session so that you don't lose touch even if you can't be there.

• The live course with Theodor costs 175.- Euro or reduced 145.- Euro.
• If you participate in the trauma workshops and buy the documents of the trauma conference you may join for 120.- or 90.- Euro.
