Here you find 7 courses with over 100 exercises from the "Health in Action" course which address and strengthen different layers of your being.

  1. Choose an exercise.
  2. Experience the movements internally and perform them yourself. Perform the exercise as calmly and intensively as possible.
  3. Decide for yourself how long you will do the exercise and how often.
  4. After doing the excercise, take five minutes to calmly feel what you are experiencing and meditate on what the therapeutic effects of this exercise could be.
  5. If you want write your perceptions and suggestions in the comment field on the exercise page.
