Sugdidi 2025 Peace Project
From July 12 to 20, 2025
The Sugdidi Peace Project by Eurythmy4you is a heartfelt initiative to discover the beauty and significance of Eurythmy and make it accessible worldwide.
Sugdidi Peace Project 2025
As part of the project, we want to bring together 30 dedicated course leaders from Asia, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and English-speaking countries in Georgia.
There, they will contribute their expertise as psychologists, educators, therapists, and therapeutic eurythmists to further develop our ABSR and HSP courses – focusing on family relationships, health, and trauma healing.
Help to make this peace project possible so that the healing power of eurythmy can continue to take root and become effective worldwide.
Courses for Parents
The course leaders will work together to develop the well-established ABSR exercises in such a way that parents can participate in the 8-week course online or on-site and do the exercises as designed for adults themselves. At the same time, they will be shown how they can do similar playful exercises with their children so that they are part of the process in a free and creative way.
These courses should improve the health and stress situation of the parents, support the child in its specific challenges (health, trauma, or high sensitivity), and increase the bond between parents and children in a healing way.
Eurythmy for the World
During the week, we aim to do a lot of eurythmy to improve artistic creativity, and to convey eurythmy with confidence and inner truth. At the end of the week, we will present what we have developed during the week to the public during a public eurythmy day with eurythmy and ABSR workshops for adults and children.
The day will conclude with a demonstration of the eurythmy pieces we have been working on in German, English, and Russian, as well as tone eurythmy. This will be completed by pieces performed by professional eurythmists from Georgia and our team.
East-West Peace Project
A third objective is to unite our Russian, Ukrainian, German, and English-speaking course leaders in a peace project during a time when such encounters are rarely possible. We have chosen Sugdidi, as Russian is well understood in this area, and also our Ukrainian team member speak Russian very well. We know that this can be a challenge, but we are all ready do our best.
Shaping the Future
Eurythmy4you cannot yet offer free invitations to its team. Nevertheless, we feel not only the urge but also the potential to bring eurythmy in a new and meaningful way. This project in Sugdidi will again be an important step forward to reach this goal over time.
You can see the current status of donations at the bottom of this page.
Thank you so much to our Asian Donors
You've already donated 1600 Euro's to our great project!
As a thank you, you will all be invited to our live performance in Sugdidi on 19 June.

A Generous Gift
Ilse Hönig and her daughter Helene Roitinger are donating their Large Soprano Lyre by Lothar Gärtner! The current new price for such a Large Gärtner Soprano Lyre (polished) is over 4,850 Euros.
This large soprano lyre from the workshop of Lothar Gärtner carries a special story within it.
In the summer of 1980, it was personally selected by Gudrun Jenny, a pioneer of Waldorf education, at Lothar Gärtner’s workshop. On her journey to Konstanz by Lake Constance, she was accompanied by Ilse (37) and her children Martin (12) and Helene (8).
With her powerful presence and inspiring spirit, Gudrun shaped the lives of many children and adults; her humor and her lyre were always by her side. Her choice back then was a soprano lyre with dark, lustrous wood, a soft sound, and fine overtones — clear in expression and warm in fullness. It accompanied Gudrun through many years of lyre teaching.
Upon her retirement, Gudrun handed over the lyre teaching to her student, Ilse’s daughter Helene. She was able to work fruitfully with Ilse for a few more years. Now lovingly cared for by Ilse, the lyre awaits someone to bring it back to life.
Now Ilse feels it’s the right time to pass it on — as a gift to Eurythmy4you, to help make the peace project in Georgia possible.
Option 1: Donate the Lyre for Music Therapy Work with Alla’s Team
By donating this Gärtner lyre, you’ll give it the chance to start a new journey — for a good cause. Donate 1,500 Euros and we’ll send the lyre to Odessa, even if others would offer more to buy it for themselves!
If you’d like to donate the lyre to Odessa, please send an email to: info@eurythmy4you.com
If the video doesn’t play, please try a different browser.
Option 2: Acquire the Lyre for Yourself or an Institution Near You
Would you like to learn to play the lyre yourself, or refresh your playing? Is there a therapeutic facility, Waldorf kindergarten, or curative education institution nearby? Don’t hesitate to acquire this special lyre for a good cause — and name your offer.
Our desired price is 2,000 Euros. But since its value is much higher due to its unique story and as a supporter of the Eurythmy Peace Project, you are welcome to offer more. If your budget doesn’t allow, you’re also welcome to try with less.
Send your offer to: info@eurythmy4you.com
Let this soul-warming lyre resonate again and help make our project a reality.
All proceeds from this action go entirely to our peace project in Sugdidi, where we’ll develop new course elements that can benefit the whole family.

Interview with Dr. Michaela Glöckler
We are very pleased to announce a special interview with Dr. Michaela Glöckler – an internationally recognized doctor and long-time advocate of anthroposophical medicine.
Your Path to Holistic Health
The topic of the conversation is the profound significance of eurythmy as a path to holistic health – for the individual, for our society, and for the future of the Earth.
We will specifically address the healing potential of ABSR and HSP courses from a doctor's perspective, and explore their potential for stress and trauma management as well as for highly sensitive people. We will also discuss the possibilities of delivering eurythmy online and on-site.

Replay 2, hosted for Chinese participants by Esther, Mikan Xuan, and Theodor
The interview is conducted by Marina Kuznetsova, course leader at Eurythmy4you. It is part of our Eurythmy4you project in Sugdidi, which focuses on the transformative power of eurythmy for personal development, for society, and for the future of the Earth.
Together with Dr. Glöckler, we explore important questions of our time:
- What are the special characteristics of our time – and how can eurythmy help people today?
- What significance does eurythmy have in light of salutogenesis – that is, a healthy way of life?
- Why do the ABSR courses (Anti-Stress Course) and HSP (for Highly Sensitive People) help people find themselves?
- Highly sensitive people – what observations and thoughts does Michaela Glöckler have about this group that she would like to share with us?
This conversation is much more than an interview – it is an inspiring contribution to the question of how we as human beings can live healthy, awake, and compassionate lives amidst the challenges of our time.
It is aimed at therapists, educators, parents, highly sensitive people – and anyone who is looking for inner guidance and new vitality.

The Secrets of the Golden Fleece
Colchis and the Golden Fleece
On the Journey to the Golden Soul
What do you know about the theft of the Golden Fleece from Colchis and the trials that had to be faced? What do you make of the miracles that occurred and the many terrible things that happened?
But what is it really about? What are its mystical backgrounds that echo through the legends of Christian Rosenkreuz and the medieval Order of the Golden Fleece?
What forward-looking impulses for therapeutic practice are interwoven with the golden fleece? What is the significance of its geographical location in ancient Colchia, the land of Sugdidi?
The Mysticism of the Golden Fleece
Forward-Looking Impulses for Therapeutic Practice
Ilse Hönig - Theodor Hundhammer
Recording from December 13, 2024
Are you familiar with the tale of the Argonauts? What do you know about the theft of the Golden Fleece from Colchis, and about the trials that had to be overcome? What do you think of the miracles that took place, and the many terrible things that happened along the way?
But what is it really about? What are the mystical backgrounds that echo in the legends surrounding Christian Rosenkreuz and the medieval Order of the Golden Fleece?
Ilse Hönig has been part of Eurythmy4you from the very beginning. She will explore these questions together with Theodor, and you are warmly invited to think and feel along with them.

On the Journey to the Golden Soul
Interview on the Secrets of the Golden Fleece (Part 2)
Ilse Hönig - Theodor Hundhammer
Recording from Sunday, February 2, 2025
In this interview, Ilse and Theodor delve into the Earth mysteries of early Colchis, which leads us to the nine earth layers and the social challenges associated with them today.
This takes us to the Three Mothers (White, Red, and Black Madonna) and what we owe to them.
Of course, we will also ask about the interaction between Buddha and Christ, the major theme in the later Colchis.
This will lead us to the question: How do I find the good? This is also the theme of the so-called warmth meditation for anthroposophical doctors, which we will approach together at the end using eurythmy.
Our motto is what Rudolf Steiner urges doctors to do in the eurythmy therapy course: ‘We walk towards becoming’.
👉 Help us carry out the Sugdidi Peace Project to strengthen the impact of Eurythmy in the world:
The timetable shows how we work in parallel working groups on the ABSR courses we have developed and finally present them as public workshops. Through the artistic work we promote teamwork, the connection to eurythmy and the self-confidence to teach it.
