Your Path to Certification: Step by Step

Our Eurythmy Certificate Course (ECC) equips you to share Eurythmy knowledgeably and confidently. Over two years (4 semesters), you will develop your skills through our unique concept of self-empowerment through personal initiative.

1. The ECC Portal (Optional, but Recommended!)

Your Community: Even before the preliminary studies begin, you can become part of our growing ECC community. The portal is your space for exchange, networking, and joint preparation.

• Exchange ideas and ask questions in the forum.
• Find like-minded individuals near you using the member directory.
• Start chats and build valuable connections.
• Become part of the development and help shape the ECC!

After completing a short 5-minute survey about your preferences and possibilities, you will be directed to the ECC portal, featuring the forum, member chat, and exciting opportunities to contribute to the ECC's development.

2. The ECC Preliminary Studies (from Sept 2025)

Your entry point. Here you demonstrate your motivation and independence and prepare for the certificate course.

• Registration: From 22 August 2025
• Coursework: Independently work through one of five free introductory courses (Sept - Nov 2025) in a self-organised small group.
• Video: Create a short video (2-4 mins) about your collaborative work.
• Presentation & Interview: Present your experiences (approx. 15 mins) and have your admission interview between 5 - 7 December 2025.
• Preliminary Study Fee: €60 (includes courses, support, presentation, interview).

3. The ECC Certificate Course (Jan 2026 – Dec 2027)

Following successful admission, you will dive deep and diversely into Eurythmy over four semesters together with your fellow students.

• Access: Entry is possible every six months after successful completion of the preliminary studies.
• Learning Format:
  • Extensive online materials (videos, courses) for your flexible self-study.
  • Practical work in changing, self-organised training groups.
  • Mandatory monthly online meetings for shared exchange, deepening understanding, Q&A, and organisation.
• Presentations: You conclude each semester with a practical presentation (15-30 mins), sharing your learning outcomes and actively involving the audience (in June and December respectively).
  
• Duration: Four semester. First completion in Dec 2027. 
• Course Fee: €240 per semester (or 6 instalments of €40/month).
  
  

Your Outcome: Knowledge and Skills

Upon successful completion of the course:

• You will know the fundamental principles and effects of Eurythmy.
• You will have significantly developed your personal expressiveness in movement.
• You will be able to share Eurythmy responsibly and mindfully within an appropriate context.

The ECC Certificate: Your Proof of Quality

• The certificate confirms your successful participation and the competencies you have acquired.
• It gains recognition through the quality of your work, your continuous professional development, and the active collaboration of certificate holders.
• Validity: 2 years, renewable for a further 2 years upon presentation of your eurythmy activity.
• Important: The certificate authorises you to share Eurythmy within the learned scope. It is not a full training qualification as a Eurythmist and not a substitute for a Goetheanum Diploma.
