A week for eurythmy
This training camp is intended as a shared week of work and encounter: we work with focus, move a lot, deepen topics in small groups, create eurythmy choreographies, and at the same time leave room for free initiatives in the evenings.
For us, it is about an intensive shared development process and moving your questions about eurythmy. At the end of the week, we will show each other what has emerged.
We also welcome special interests from you: if you have topic wishes or focal points, let us know. Whatever fits well into the framework, we are happy to include.
Daily structure of the programme week
For free initiatives · city visits · excursions · eurythmy rooms available
On Wednesday afternoon there is free time for excursions or for yourself.
For example:
- Swimming at the Möhnesee
- Visit to the Hugo Kükelhaus house in Soest
- Further options (depending on interests)
Teachers and topics
We will work in parallel, especially in smaller groups. Part of the programme is shared; part runs in focal areas and working groups. Here is an overview of the planned topic fields:
Theodor
How does movement in space become a deep experience when I shape poems, and what role does the “lower” human being play in this?
Christiane
How can I come into flow through eurythmy and include the four types of ether in my movement in such a way that it sounds?
Nino
How can I broaden my musical feeling through tone eurythmy and experience music even more deeply and diversely?
Anastasiia
How does music set the rod exercises of eurythmy into motion so that they make me light and joyful?
Esther
How can I express my inner experience in my movement impulses and carry it into eurythmy?
Martin
How do I find the etheric in the world and in eurythmy? Scientific foundations and practical application.

The main language of the camp is German. English-speaking participants are welcome. Communication in English is possible at any time. If needed, we will arrange whispered interpretation so that German-language sessions can also be followed well. The exact language mix depends on the registrations.
