The effectiveness of the exercises
After each exercise, listen to the resonance in your body for half a minute.
- Take the time to get to you.
- Enjoy the rest and what is created in it.
- Feel the ground that carries you inside of you.
At the end of a series do the power meditation and then take 3-5 minutes to listen
- Your memory is a force
- Your guided movements are a force
- Your concentrated thinking is a force
- Your moving imagination is a force
- Your aftermath brings the forces together.
What do I have to do for the exercises to work?
- The effectiveness of the exercises does not come from the fact that you make them perfect on the outside.
- The strengthening effect comes from what you try.
- You strive for something and your body understands it. That's enough!
If you observe the following things, you know that you did everything right:
- You notice countercurrent balancing,
- the effect goes down to your feet,
- your uprightness is strengthened,
- Your breath is stimulated, relaxed and deepened.
The effectiveness of the exercises
depends on your
attempting to do them.
Not whether you succeed.
