I-A-O in the body: A heart exercise

This simple exercise may always be done when you wish to experience yourself and your center more fully.
With the I you become upright, strengthen it below allows you to become bigger. Now you can perceive the center between behind and in front and open your heart.
In now slightly leaning back, you become acquainted with A. You may experience the force field which carries you and allows your open heart to be filled from widths before you.
If you now perceive down from the heart you may notice an answering stream that quietly pulls you forwards. You come into contact with the supporting and upstreaming force of O which helps you to give the world your abundance.
