Currently reading works from William Bento and Hermann Beckh and studying Eurythmy texts. I'm interested in therapeutic Eurythmy and cultivating my personal practice. 

I've owned an operate a yoga studio and school called Practice Yoga Austin for the past 12 years. My mission is to introduce people to Michaelic Yoga.
