I am a mind body therapy practitioner in Los Angeles. I work with psychodynamic and somatic psychotherapy, movement and expressive arts to support people living with traumatic stress, neurodivergence and personality disorders. Some of my work takes place in a community mental health setting, some is online and some is animal-assisted on a care farm.
