Introduction

And this exercise is about lightness. And this exercise is meant to be executed
quickly. And I will explain more soon and again take a little bit of time to arrive at yourself. And now, when you observe your inner, try that this expansion of your inner creates lightness in this middle sphere. And keep this lightness a little bit alive when you let go.
This lightness will accompany us that speeding up a little does not become hard, but is embedded into lightness and joy. But first, a few basics about this exercise. When you stand upright, move your foot to the left and then bring it forward and place it. And bring it back. Move your right leg to the right. Bring it back. Place it and bring it forward.
When you do it again, left leg to the left and forward, place your weight between your legs, that you feel well grounded, and come back. Move your right leg to the side, backwards, place it, and again have your weight between in front and back. Then you can feel from your heart through your pelvis into the earth. You have a connection to the earth. And come back.
Breathe, left leg sideways, forward, place it. Have your heart open to in front. Yeah, it's a yes to what's in front of you. And come back.
When you go back, again be in your heart, move to the right, back, you place your weight on both feet, but from your heart you speak forward. And come back to your center. So, you have lightness in your heart, you are well grounded, and this allows you to really meet the world and the people in the world. Do it with your hands one more time, hands on heart level. Circle forward, yes.
To the back, to the center. Right leg, circle backwards. No. This no is not a withdrawing. No, don't do me any harm.
Let's repeat it again. I'm addressing this no to someone. Right leg back, no, don't do this, it's too dangerous, hear me. Yeah?
Or it's a no to defend your own needs. Yeah, it's a yes to your own needs. Now, let's have the slightness of the wings in mind, what we did in the beginning, that you slowly let your arms rise. Without weight and sink without weight. And we just have these wings in mind. Then you feel your heart, the lightness, and now you do left, bow forward, yes, and no.
We can become a little bit quicker. Yes and no and yes and no and yes and no and breathe. What is quick is for every one of us different. So, it must still be embedded in your lightness. It must still be joyful.
And you are still grounded. And it's still an affirmation, not just a yes, but an affirmation. It takes time. And it's still a negation, not just a no, it's an inner process, a reflection. So feel the wings of your heart, feel the groundedness.
Start slowly. Yes. Am I well grounded? Is my heart open? Do I feel light and am still grounded?
Right leg no. And negation? Is my heart open to the front? Am I grounded, my heart connected to the earth? And does it have wings?
Keep this alive. Yes and no. Do I mean it? Yes and no and yes and no and yes and no and yes and no, and yes and no, and yes and and yes and no, and yes and no, and yes and no. And then stop and breathe.
So this exercise is not about speeding up, but doing it with a certain velocity speed. Speeding up is that you start from with a good basis and then you try to keep this alive at a higher speed in which you feel very well. And your inner experience could be that what your head often is doing, should they do this, should they do that, I don't know, in a way your heart has to decide. And this weighing up takes place, you know, this grounding in your feet. So instead of the head saying yes and no, your heart and your legs, yeah, are entering this sphere.
