D Leo

May I invite you to join. And one basic principle is that you just take your hands as a symbol, I want to work through my body, and slowly lead them towards your chest. You don't have to touch it, but use your hands to feel into your chest, to arrive at yourself and take a little bit of time to observe what's going on there and then how this inner of you reacts to being seen. And enjoy these reactions. Then turn your hands and slowly stream through the body downwards.
Within your body stream downwards and keep the streaming downwards alive. And just stream downwards, but 30% of yourself observe what's going on in your body. And just because you stream downwards, you sense how your body becomes upright and even feels getting big and joyful. Enjoy this. Let go, breathe and make one step forward or backwards just to relax your system.
And let's do it one more time. Take a little bit of time to arrive at yourself. Sense your breath, the space of your heart, your lungs. Enjoy the reactions. Let them happen.
Support them. Stream downwards within your body, within your bones, through the legs, through the feet. And notice what this does to your body. Just you're streaming downwards. And breathe.
Great. We start with the d. And for those of you who do not know the d gesture, it's very simple as everything in your with me. You just stand a little bit, not very much, feet apart, just that you feel the ground nicely. And then you have the feeling, yeah, I really touch it.

You might have seen that my hands are not at the same level because the same is not possible twice in this world. And with the d, yeah, we want to reach this, that we arrive there. You could say this center of the palm of your hands in a way is like the sun center of the hands. It's the heart chakra of the hands. So you could even try that from your heart through your chest you start moving your arms out.
But by doing this you activate the center of your palms and they start wraying out even more. And they wray out in all directions now. That's why we open our fingers like this because it's we are not opening our fingers. It's the ray in through the heart chakras which brings the fingers in their position. And then again let go.
One, two more principles about the lion that, yeah, that's clear anyway. When you ray out there, it also rays down there and it connects you with the floor. You are not flying away. That you don't have to talk about that. You will experience this so easily.
You only have to stay in contact with yourself when you do this. One thing which we should have in mind is that when are you stronger? Just start again, weighing out, use your your arms and then stretch them through. Stretch stretch stretch stretch. And now you're really big, a real lion.
But what which expression is stronger? Maybe just bring your hands back a little bit. Wave through them. Again use your heart, but do not stretch them. Make it as big as possible without without stretching them.
And maybe you can show if, okay, I'm that big and if you don't believe me and if you get, yeah, are going to tease me, I can do more. Yeah. That I have still a reserve. I'm big and war. Yeah?
So do not put all your energy into expansion. Make you as big as possible and still having a strong reserve for further action. And the last principle is keep your space behind in mind, because the Leo is inspired by its own being. It's not what he finds there, it's he himself who builds his fire. Yeah?
So we do it one last time with me speaking, just from the chest, through the arms, through the center of your arms and feel the space behind and enjoy. And when you let go, keep this feeling of the Leo, this size of the Leo alive. Arrive. And then now you say this thought: I am tall. And let this thought live in your body consciousness. Search for it. Great.
And breathe. Many more aspects. One important one, why right hand lower, left hand higher? Right and left are two basic principles of us human beings. Yeah?
Up there and down there, I look very different. In front and behind, I still look very different. Left and right, I look pretty similar. So but it's not. It's just a riddle.
It's just hiding. It's the difference is even bigger and this in a way you could say this heaven and earth, yeah, which constitutes our constitution, yeah, that's just how the gods made us, but it reflects itself in our personal drama in right and left. How do we live our being, atuness? I'm torn apart between two decisions. That's left and right, yeah, which is staring at you.
And just to explore this, arrive at your center. Make a small step to the right and just try to feel the right column. Maybe you have to put your hips in a little bit or back a little bit or forward a little bit until you have the feeling, yes, now I sense this column which carries me. And then try to relax the other side, the left side completely. Wow.

And again, just maybe doesn't need any corrections but searching for it always is always good. And then okay, now I start feeling this caring force and then practice really relaxing the other one. Are you able to hand over to the energy of this force? And how does this side feel like? And then come back to the center and breathe.
We're not going with the depth of it, but now there are details around. But the right side is more the principle. I bring something down from my idealistic way down to the earth. And the left side, just do it maybe one time. Just accompany with your hands just dreaming downward from up to reality.
And then use the left hand to really receive from down there and let energy stream up. And you might notice it's not streaming up to the heaven. It's really arriving at your heart and your heart is listening to what this column is bringing, a strong column also. And when we do the D now, you can have not in mind but in your bodily consciousness perception that on the right side you are completely in a stream which really wants to something point and arrive empty. In the left hand, some flow, a stream is coming against it, yeah, from below and keeps it higher.
That's why it's not going that far, yeah, because there's a stronger counter current there. Let's try this. We feel our feet. We feel our calves, the lower legs. There it begins.
Wow. This openness and interest to our own being. Leo is taking over or helping to continue. Wow. That big.
And then from there just stream down, feel the right current bringing you down, feel the left current and arrive on different levels. Sure. Take what you feel into your own body sensation. Recollect what you went through and allow yourself the thought, I am big. I am tall.
I feel my size. And then let go. The hands just return to your heart by themselves because that's where you have arrived and just sit down for a moment to listen what your body tells you about yeah. One of these. It wasn't exercises.
It was, yeah, touching the elements of dust in him or doing him. How is it doing what we did? How do you feel the distribution of warmth and freshness or absence of warmth right now in different parts of your body. The red in your chest, how do you experience it? Is it more air?
Is it more light? Is it more warm? Is the breath predominant? Is the weighing out predominant? Is it more?
What's the shape in your inner perception? How do we perceive your arms? How do we perceive the right arm, the left arm? And when you think back to the deep gesture and how you feel your arms now, are there any connections?
