How do I find my way through the abundance of courses?
There are several ways to view the courses and videos available to you.
Under the menu item "Info" you can find all of the courses listed under the Overview of all courses and videos option. Each has a short description which then links to the course overview and the free portions of the course, if available.
Also under the menu item "Info" you can find the What is the right course option. On this page we have offered course suggestions based on your goal for engaging with eurythmy (e.g., are you interested in stress reduction?).
You can also review the courses by the category tags on the top of the main page: Eurythmy, Health, Self Development.
Most important is that you ask yourself - What appeals to you? Follow your inner voice.
