U: Resting in oneself – transcending boundaries.
A3 Raying through the U Gesture
Create a streaming U gesture from the heart. Ray through the arms from far behind until they are stretched from within and ray far beyond the hands.
Video: The basic gesture of U
B3 Walking U
Make the U gesture diagonally forward and ray through the arms so that the legs are motivated to walk forwards. Do the same below behind.
C3 Leading the U down
Let the arms stream together above the head and experience the streaming in from left and right in the whole body. Slowly bring the joined arms down. Let the movement mainly take place within, and the arms follow. In descending your weight gradually moves towards the toes. The chest is not pressed by the arms but rather becomes wide. Allow the wings to carry the spread arms up and repeat the exercise.
Video: Hope U
D3 U with bent knees
Feel into the legs. Let them stream together from the left and right until a stable, grounded feeling comes about. Through a U in the arms stream down into the earth and slowly bend the knees. Anchor your hands in the depths with the help of the U. Slowly stretch the legs. But stay anchored so that you don’t quite surface. Relax the body. Allow the experience to resonate and then repeat the exercise.
E3 Carried from without – supported from within
Place the legs at shoulder width and slowly stream down from your center. The allow yourself to be inclined slightly forwards by this. When the arms stream up on the side connecting to the space behind, allow yourself to be inclined slightly backwards. Allow the arms to rise and stream together above the head and experience the meeting of left and right in the whole body. Lead arms down and take note that the descent is mainly inwardly felt, that the arms just follow. At the end your weight is transferred from the heels to the toes again. Your chest isn’t pressed by the arms but rather feels widened.
