Continuation of the program

The beginning is made. We hope you have noticed how beneficial and helpful the combination of mental reflections with everyday practice and eurythmy exercises is.

For the exercises to have a lasting effect, we recommend that you repeat the program after a reasonable amount of time. There are several good options for this:

  • Find someone who has already done this program and repeat the exercises together.
  • Reverse the order.
  • Change the order of the exercises daily.

Or deepen what you have learned and do the advanced course.
We offer this as a specialized Level 2 course. There we deepen the daily exercises and combine them with new, advanced eurythmy exercises.

HSP 2 course

If you are looking for other people to join in, post that in the chat and form your own group on Skype or Zoom etc.

The eurythmy exercises are continuations of the exercises we did in this course. You can easily work them out yourself with the help of the videos.

If you are more than 5 people, I, Theodor, can join your meetings from time to time.
