About the self-guided course

The self-guided course is a wonderful opportunity to go through all the elements of the course consciously and calmly. You go from week to week, see the current module and can concentrate wonderfully on the essentials. You are completely in the present and in the flow. You are active and you can let go at the same time

In the Start-Stop-Pause section, you can start and pause the guided course at any time. For example, when you go on vacation or have visitors. If you want to continue again, just restart the week. It only takes one click to display all modules again.

  • On Sunday morning you will receive an e-mail with the links to the introductory video for the theme of the week and we recommend that you go through the eurythmy sequence with the vowel of the week. Plan about 20 to 30 minutes for this. Immerse yourself in the theme of the week over the next few days and calmly go through the eurythmy sequence each day.

  • On Tuesday or Wednesday, we encourage you to look at the everyday exercises connected to the theme of the week and create your own version. Try them out and think about how best to incorporate them into your everyday life. For eurythmy we suggest dealing with the soul gesture of the week and how it is enlivened by its musical interval. The vowel exercises recede into the background as silent spectators.

  • On Thursday or Friday you use the course to check whether you can still discover new things about everyday exercises or soul gestures. Alternatively, we suggest a video or two to deepen the vowel of the week.

  • On Saturday we recommend consciously letting go and looking back on what you have done. If you wish, you can complete our eight-step HSP questionnaire and reflect on where you are on your journey.

  • On Sunday morning you can start well rested with the topics of the next week.

If you can't do something or aren't satisfied with how you did it, your most important exercise is to let go and accept how it is. Stay in the flow and move on to whatever comes next.
