I am from Malaysia. Work as a part time Physiotherapist and involved in Science subjects teaching in a Waldorf school middle school. I get to know Eurythmy and started study Antroposophy when my eldest daughter study in waldorf school. 

As a multiple job mother, I would like to explore all sorts of stress managing method to make myself a better life. 

I hope my interest can lead me to a better life management and even can benefits more people like me.
